Over the past decade, The Ugly Mug has been the "Watering Hole" for many local regulars, as well as residents of the surrounding Pocono area. Not only do we have the best tavern food in the area, tantalizing your taste buds with mouth-watering burgers, wings, wraps, steaks, fish, and the drinks, but we do it consistently. We have become home to an array of characters, that you will surely get a chance to meet during your next visit. The Ugly Mug was acquired by Salerno Restaurant Group November 15, 2006 less than a year after acquiring The Edelweiss Restaurant http://TheEdelweiss.com, 13 miles east on route 940 (December 1, 2005). We have got no shortage of hospitality experts in our corner, but you will have a chance to experience that first hand the next time you come in to kick back with us.
